You are not allowed to:

Advertise a Forum- Permanent ban from the chatbox

Advertise a Website- Permanent ban from the chatbox

Flood - Banned from chatbox, the duration will be chosen by moderators and admins

Speaking in another language besides english-(no speaking in other language in the chatbox besides we don't know waht you are talking about) Permanently Banned from chabox

Porn/Adult Material Content- permanent banned from the forum/ip banned

If you notice someone break the cb rules, take a screen shot of it(the tutorial will be posted), do not post a topic of it, pm a moderator or an admin
